The legend of the Phoenix spans many cultures from ancient Egypt to China. Although there are some variations, each culture's version expresses the same concept; ending the old and a rebirth.
After Eve ate from the tree of knowledge and fell from grace she offered the forbidden fruit to all and only the Phoenix (referred to as Milcham or Chol) refused and was rewarded with eternal life.
The western cultures' legend has the Phoenix living between 500 and 1,000 years. When its life is ending it builds a nest of certain woods and sets itself on fire and from the ashes a new Phoenix arises; death and rebirth which also relates relates to the Christian teachings. The Phoenix symbolizes eternal life; the new arising from the ashes of the old.
These are difficult times, the divisive political situation, the economic considerations of inflation and an uncertain outlook. The planet seems to be consumed with dissension, protests, wars, and instability. We see this as part of a process that much like the legend of the Phoenix involves extinguishing of the old and a new beginning with humanity moving to a better, healthier place.
